THE COMMODITY TRACKING report

The commodity tracking report monitors in real time the restaurant spend of each and every item ordered.  It highlights in red (for increases in cost) and green (decreases in cost) compared to previous   order of same item.  This is a great method to control vendor price manipulations or employee theft.

 

PROFIT AND LOSS STATEMENT
